What I Wore Sunday {Golden Creme}

Hey everybody!

There's something delicious about the word "golden" - it makes me think of the last rays of sunshine as the sun sinks on the horizon...

Anyway, we've had some beautiful weather over here - nice and crisp (but not too crisp!) Perfect for a light sweater and an airy lace scarf.

One of my favorite shirts ever - it's sooooo comfy, and classy at the same time! And, this scarf is one of my absolute favorites - it makes me feel so feminine and pretty!

 

Also, to those who enjoy hunting deals as much as I do: Check out 6pm.com. They have $70+ shoes, but if you look in the right spot (like their on-sale section), you can get amazing shoes for way less. One of my favorite shoe shopping places...

 

 

 

Then, my little brother (Joseph) wanted in on the fun:

So, we're just planning a normal, chill-out day. We usually get back from church about 9am, so we enjoyed a delicious brunch, and now the boys/my dad are watching football, my mom's working on pictures, and my sister's scetching. Not sure what I want to do yet...I'm feeling crafty. Hmm...

I'm feeling like I'd enjoy some rain...That would be awesome! I always feel all comfy, cozy, and safe when I can hear the pitter-pattering of the rain as I snuggle under a warm blanket on the couch, clutching some hot chocolate, and buried in two, three, (or if I'm feeling ambitious, four!) books. That sounds nice right about now...

Anyway, look forward to my "what I wore" post today!!!

We went to church early this morning, which meant getting up early in the morning, so it was freezing. I stuck on a warm red jacket (not pictured here...felt too lazy to go and grab it. ;-)

I felt so fall/nautical/preppy today! First time I've ever worn this outfit, but it certainly won't be the last. I think I'll wear this to my classes Tuesday...

Speaking of nothing in particular, did I mention I'm turning 15 1/2 in about 2-2 & 1/2 weeks? I'm starting Driver's Ed in a few weeks, too...I'm so excited about getting my permit!

My little bro is urging me to get back to work on the puppet show we're putting on tonight, so I'd better vamoose! Happy Sunday everybody!

Hey everybody!

I've been gone for soooooo long! My life's been taking lots of unexpected twists and turns - such as switching from a complete homeschool girl to going to classes at a resource center! Talk about different! Suddenly, I'm balancing homework with dance classes, piano, drama, and my family time.

Well, maybe I don't have a crushing amount of homework...

Summer's at an end - ARGH!!!!! I'm missing it all ready, and I just got through my first week of school. Fun stuff about school - back to school outfits!
